Paul became
involved with Wilson's in 1995, after a career in catering.
He had worked for four years for Turnells of Covent Garden,
before joining Chester Boyd Catering, where he was employed
to reorganise their purchasing operations.
Paul has
acquired an extensive knowledge of food and beverage requirements,
allowing him to specialise in banqueting and a la Carte operations.
Paul's
specialises in large catering company portfolios, although
it is rumoured he likes selling to pubs! :)
He is
a member honoraire of the Salon Culinaire Francais and has
studied to diploma level at the Wine and Spirits Education
Trust.
