Our transport department runs a fleet of twelve refrigerated
vehicles, which begin to leave the premises from 5 a.m., when
the drivers take out our first local early rounds.
On
their return before 8am we despatch their second run, which
may take them further afield down to the south coast or north
into Hertfordshire.At Wilsons we understand how important
it is for the caterer to receive his meat when he needs it.
This is why we encourage our drivers to discuss your delivery
requirements in detail at the time of your initial order,
or any time when your needs alter.
We
pride ourselves on the many complimentary comments that we
